Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Your order will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@GoldenCompassLineLimited.com, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped. However, once the order is dispatched, it will fall under our Returns and Refunds Policy.
We offer a 30-day returns window for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. If your product is defective or damaged, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs. We will arrange for the return of the defective item and provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
Currently, we only offer shipping within our designated areas. Unfortunately, we do not ship to locations outside the designated zones at this time. Please check our website for specific shipping locations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment through our delivery partner’s website.
